HOLIDAY EXTENSION POLICY
Our holiday return policy is designed to make your gift-giving season worry-free!
- Extended Return Window: Orders placed from November 7, 2024, to December 24, 2024 can be returned (unwashed, unworn, and unused) until January 10, 2025.
- Orders After December 24, 2024: Purchases made on or after December 25, 2024 will follow our standard return policy.

RETURN, EXCHANGE + REFUND POLICY
ONLINE ORDERS
- Unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date to qualify for a refund to your original payment method.
- Shipping Charges: Non-refundable, and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns received 31+ days after the purchase date will be issued as store credit only.
IN-STORE ORDERS
- Unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Eligible returns will receive store credit or an exchange only.
BOTH ONLINE & IN-STORE
- Condition of Items: Items with signs of wear (e.g., perfume, makeup, stains, or animal hair) will not be accepted for return or refund.
- Shoes: Must be returned in their original shoebox, which must remain intact. Do not use the shoebox as a shipping container. Any labels or tape applied directly to the shoebox will result in a $10 fee in addition to return shipping fees.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return or exchange. Any final sale items included in a return will not be refunded or sent back.
