Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Online Returns
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns received after 30 days will be issued as store credit only.
In-Store Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Eligible returns will receive store credit or exchange only.
Return Guidelines
- Item Condition: Items must be free of wear, perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, stains, or animal hair.
- Shoes: Must be returned in their original shoebox. Please do not tape or ship directly on the shoebox. A $10 fee will apply if the shoebox is damaged.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Final Sale items included in a return will not be refunded or sent back.
