Come pick up your online orders in the boutique Monday-Saturday during open hours (10-4).
You can pick up the same day! Remember, we are CLOSED every Sunday!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We ship Monday-Friday! We will email tracking as it’s sent out! If you purchase an item online after 2pm on Friday, it will not be fulfilled and shipped until we open Monday. If you ever want to contact us about shipping or pick ups, please email [email protected].
EXCHANGES/RETURNS
You can return your items at the storefront OR email Cheeks Jeans with the subject “Returns” to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item(s) to begin the return process. If shipping back a return, we cannot hold any items until we receive your item. At that point, we can see if the size requested for an exchange is available. We do not honor returns after 14 days have passed. Please respect our policy and do not ask after this time period has passed.
RETURN POLICY
We'll always do our best to take care of customers-our philosophy is to help you fairly and reasonably, we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Cheeks purchase, we will gladly accept the exchange of unworn, unwashed, unaltered and defective items within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Purchases made in-store or online will be returnable for an exchange/store credit or a full refund. Sales are final on clearance items, special orders, special offers, and items that have been altered. Gift cards can not be returned.
DAMAGES
Things happen... Depending on the situation, we can exchange items if damaged within 30 days of purchase. If after 30 days, we can no longer accept the item and no credit can be given. If you have a damaged item, please email us at [email protected] with the subject, “Damaged.” We try to check each item, but some do get missed. We do reserve the right to decline in any situation we feel is unfair.
HOLDING ITEMS
We do not hold items without payment for over 24 hours and we do not have a layaway program. This is why it is very important to purchase your goodies online when you see it... items sell out fast!
