Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays recognized in the United States. We strive to ship within 24-hours of the order placed, but please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Depending on your location, please expect your order to arrive within 4-7 business days from the date order was placed.  

We will not ship an item to a P.O. Box, we will ask you to provide a physical shipping address. Orders designated to ship Overnight or Second Day will ship on the same day if the order is placed by 12:00 p.m. Otherwise, they'll ship the following business day. We use all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Customers cannot specify the carrier of their choice. Currently, we do not ship internationally.


While we hope that you will love every item you order, we understand that sometimes that adorable item you've been waiting for doesn't fit quite right. In that case, follow our return policy below for items that need to be exchanged or returned. We thank you in advance for your patience, flexibility, and understanding as this is an extremely challenging time for small businesses around the world. We are so grateful for your support and purchases!

If you would like to return or exchange an item, we ask that your item(s) must be unaltered, unworn, and unwashed, with tags attached within 14 days of receiving your purchase. You can request a return online by:

  1. Logging into your account
  2. Click “My Orders”
  3. Click “View” on the order you would like to return/exchange. 
  4. Click “Return item(s).” 
  5. Fill out the information on what you want to return/exchange and click “send”. 
  6. From there, we will contact you about curbside drop off or shipping the item back. If you decide to use curbside drop off, our times are: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday 11-4. If you decide to ship the item back, you may ship the items to this address: Cheeks Jeans, 420 Front St., Lynden WA, 98264.

We promise to NEVER release any of your personal information to any outside parties or companies. Your privacy is always guaranteed when you shop at Cheeks. When you sign up with us, you will receive information on new styles and upcoming promotions. We also promise not to overwhelm your inbox. You may request to stop receiving information from Cheeks at any time. To stop receiving information, simply send an email request to [email protected].
