HOLIDAY EXTENSION POLICY
Our holiday return policy is in place from November 7, 2024 to January 10, 2025.
Any orders placed from November 7, 2024 to December 10, 2024 can be returned (unwashed, unworn, and unused) up until January 10, 2025.
Orders placed on or after December 11, 2024 will follow our normal return policy.

RETURN, EXCHANGE + REFUND POLICY
ONLINE ORDER: Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date to be accepted for a return. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund total.
If the item(s) you wish to return are delivered to us 30 days after the purchase date, you will receive store credit rather than a refund back to your original payment.
IN-STORE ORDER: Unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date to be accepted for a exchange or store credit only.
BOTH ONLINE & IN-STORE: Items smelling of perfume, marked with makeup, showing signs of wear, or with traces of animal hair are subject to receive no refund. Shoes must be returned with the original shoebox intact and unaltered – the shoebox cannot be used as a mailing package. Any tape or labels placed on the shoebox will result in a $10.00 fee on top of the return shipping fee.
Items marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return or exchange. Any final sale item(s) sent in a return will not be refunded and will not be sent back to the customer.
